Please note, I am not against car manufacturers or dealers in general.  In fact, my wife's Dad owns a new car dealership in another state and I count among my friends many in the car business.  What I'm against is fraud and broken promises (ie: breach of warranty).  Many dealers and the people who work there are good people.  It's a few out there, however, that hurt the reputation of all the good ones and I'd be willing to bet the good ones cheer when I go after the bad ones!

Many service writers at dealers are as stuck as you.  It is not their fault if the factory won't authorize a repair.  In fact, many service writers are as upset at the factory as you and have gone so far as to refer cases to me because they feel terrible when they're unable to get the manufacturer to provide the help they know their customers deserve.  So if you're in a frustrating situation at the service aisle don't take it out on the service writer, call me to help you go after the manufacturer who is the root of the problem! 

Lemon Law -  Tired of the dealer's service department telling you they are unable to duplicate the problem?  Don't be stuck with a lemon!  Some automobile manufacturers instruct dealers to write this on your repair order so they can avoid having to fix your vehicle's problem.  Even worse, a few dealers don't even put the most serious of your concerns on the repair order!  Human error?  I think not!  I can help you make the manufacturer honor its warranty, and in some cases force them to buy back your vehicle, boat, motor home, motorcycle or RV!

California's "lemon law" is one of the most complete in the nation.  It covers cars, trucks, motorcycles, motor homes, boats, 5th wheel trailers, and RV's.

If you have lost patience in trying to get your vehicle fixed, call or e-mail me with a brief description of your vehicle, motorhome, boat, or RV (year, make, model, and miles) and the problem you are having with it and I will tell you the direction you should take.  If it's a situation I can help you with I will do so at no fee to you*.

Sales/Lease Fraud - Were you overcharged on the price of the warranty?  Does the “as-is" clause you signed protect the dealer from having to repair the problems you discovered after the sale?  Was the trade-in vehicle properly credited as part of your down-payment?  Did the dealer have you unknowingly sign a lease?  These are just a sample of the hundreds of things that can go wrong in a car deal.  Were the correct odometer miles stated?

I'd be happy to review your sales contract and discuss the events of your vehicle purchase with you.  Before and during law school I sold cars at a mega-dealer.  Then fresh out of law school I defended large car dealers in the Bay Area.  Now, having spent years representing hundreds of people like yourself against dealers of all sizes, I have a perspective gained only from having worked on both sides of the fence that allows me to provide my clients the most knowledgeable representation in these matters.

Repair Fraud - Botched oil changes fall into this category.  I've handled a number of cases against large oil change businesses.  If you've had an oil change or vehicle repair fail, depending on the circumstances, I may be able to help you.

As with lemon law and dealer fraud matters, there are statutes which allow me to charge my fees to the other side, so "no fee to you*" may be possible here too!

“No fee to you*” means: no retainer fee; no monthly fee bill, and attorney fees only taken from amount(s) recovered from defendant(s).  However, a client will always have the right to agree to pay part of the attorney fees from his or her recovery if they choose to accept a settlement which otherwise does not fully pay attorney's fees.  Attorney will not receive a fee unless there is a recovery.
